An appointment will be made for a project officer to visit your premises to discuss your project. If eligible, you will be supplied with further details of the scheme and an application form.

North East Birmingham Business Corridor Grants

The grant is designed to help businesses to improve their land and premises by providing financial support towards the cost of physical works including:

*Extension of premises and other new building works
*Internal works
*Demolition
*Land clearance
*Frontage improvements
*Landscaping
*Business security measures
*Improvements to car parking provision

Who can apply ?

* Any business employing between 5 and 250 and located within the North East Birmingham Business corridor (see plan above)

Level of funding:

" 30% of eligible costs or £50,000 whichever is lower.
